64 Heygate Avenue has been empty for three and a half years (at least). Number 54 has been empty for seven years or longer. Both could accommodate the homeless, although both may need some remedial work to bring them up to standard (I have not seen inside of either).

  1. I used to know the owners of 64 circa 1983. It is sad to see the house in this state now, it was so lovely inside and out, lots of original features and well maintained. When looking at street view recently, a sign on a house further down the road would indicate a local landlord owns from the Queensway end of this side of the road up to around this house, no 64.
