Broomfield and The Walthams

There is a by-election in the Broomfield and The Walthams Ward of Chelmsford City Council. This has been brought about by the death of Delmas Ashford, an Independent. This seat was last fought in 2011, when all of Chelmsford was contested.
This should be a Conservative gain as they hold the other two seats in the ward.
The candidates for the February 19th election (a Tuesday).
